...I just bought a Dead ticket for the Denver show. However, the real shocker here is that i just got a GREAT seat. Those fucking scalpers took all of the seats in 10 minutes the day they went on sale. I've checked back every few days since but it's been behind the stage every time. Today i tried the same search repeatedly and finally got section 126, row 16. Mind you this is a single ticket but i was still getting behind the stage seats for weeks.

So, the moral of the story here is that despite the revolting ticket price, i still need to see the Dead until they're, well, dead and 2) if you were shut out of getting tickets for this tour, KEEP TRYING. e

Edge,

Are you here in the Denver area? If so maybe we can get together before the show.

I plan on trying to score a cheap tix from the scalpers after they get f*cked right after the show starts. I refuse to pay those crazy prices.

Are you going to any of the DSO shows at the end of the month?

I am. Edgewater in fact, hence the moniker...

I'm down with hooking up but i've no idea what the timing will be like since i'll be working until 5:00 or whatever. Maybe make a post prior to the show and we'll see where everyone's at. e
